<div class='commentpost'>I actually owned this place, developing it in an old Volkswagon repair shop & opening it in December 1977, & selling it to Raymond McCaferty, who closed it in the winter of 1982, before turning it into an Irish pub.  In addition to the Village People, I hosted Grace Jones, Linda Clifford, Karen Young, & Vickie Sue Robinson.</div>
