Giuliano is the youngest person ever elected Mayor of Tempe. He plans to run for the office again in 2000, and has said that it will be his last term. He now serves as Executive Director of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD). Photo by Ron Schlittler.
