Create an Account
To create a new entry you must first create an account on OutHistory.org.
To create an OutHistory account, click on "Log In/Create Account" on the top of the red bar, and follow the instructions.
Create a New Content Entry:
1 Carefully decide upon a title for your entry. Here's a sample:
- Jane Doe: My Coming Out Story, June 1969-present
2 Carefully type your exact entry title into the "Search" box and click on "Search".
3 At the top of the screen, under “Search results,” click on your title.
4 You are now in “Editing” mode and can add typed content under your title.
5 Preview your entry by clicking on "Show preview" at the bottom of the screen.
6 Save your entry by clicking on "Save page" at the bottom of the screen.
