Ways to Participate in OutHistory.org

Create an Open Entry

OutHistory.org includes articles marked “Open Entry”. These are collaboratively and anonymously created by logged-on users with evidence, citations, and analysis to share.

To create an Open Entry click Create a New Entry

Create a Protected Entry with a Named Author or Authors

OutHistory.org also includes articles marked “Protected Entry”. These are by named, logged-on creators and can be edited only by that creator or site administrators. So the named author is responsible for the entry’s accuracy, clarity, and source citations. Upon request, the Coordinator of OutHistory.org will protect an entry by a named author from changes. To create a Protected Entry click Create a New Entry and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page.
