From 1989 through 1996 it was owned by Daniel Hicks Burnette Jr. and Robert Brent Raines. It then moved to 1775 E. Palm Canyon in Palm Springs and was renamed C.C. on Sunrise which lasted from April 15, 1997 through June 26, 2000.[1]
