Create a New Entry
To create a new entry you must first create an account on OutHistory.org.
To create an OutHistory account, click on "Log In/Create Account" on the top of the red bar, and follow the instructions.
After you are logged in:
1 Carefully decide upon a title for your entry.
- Here's a sample: Jane Doe: My Coming Out Story, June 1969-present
2 On the bar on the very top of the page, above the black OutHistory.org bar, look for:
- http://outhistory.org/wiki/
- and carefully type your exact title after "wiki/" so it looks like:
- http://outhistory.org/wiki/Jane Doe: My Coming Out Story, June 1969-present
3 Then press "Enter" on your keyboard.
4 Click on "edit this page."

5 Add your text to the page.
