The content of this site is solicited from and volunteered by researchers and scholars. As an experiment in history by the people, content is also provided by anyone with data and citations to share. To contribute data, citations, and edits see Participate which explains how to create entries, submit documents and citations, and offer research assistance and help with copyediting, administration, graphic design, etc.
Users can also search Stub Categories (a list of all entries for which there is no or little content) or search Stub Articles. Users may also search Research Requests, and provide the desired information.
All users can also explore the site and comment on it using the "Discuss" option on the top bar. Users can comment on a particular entry by using the "Discuss” section of that entry.
