Everything about it is accurate except for two mistakes. The number of the gay rights bill in NYC was Intro 475 (not 472). I don't ever recall that Steve Endean was a member of GAA, and indeed, I don't remember him ever being at the Firehouse, unless it was a Sat. night dance. He certainly held no office in GAA. I don't know if he ever supported the 1st March on Washington. Perhaps Steve Ault would know.

I changed 472 to 475. Perhaps Steve Endean was at the Firehouse that night lobbying to be a lobbyist as Bill Stanley and I were pushing the NGMC. I recall he was very supportive that night, so I would be surprised if he did not support the 1979 march.
