Events marking the 400th anniversary of the King James translation of the Bible


2011, May 5-7

Ohio State University is hosting an international conference (May 5-7) that promises to offer the most diverse exploration of the KJV's cultural and literary influence of the many conferences and events that will mark the anniversary of this highly influential text. The conference will feature feature an extraordinary array of scholars on six plenary panels and seven seminars (all of which will be run on the Shakespeare Association model, which allows for a far more interactive discussion than typical panels do).
