Parr of Arizona was a Phoenix based retailer started by Ralph Parachek (b. 29 January 1927) that sold suggestive clothing in the back of men's physique magazines starting in 1955. The clothing line was based out of Phoenix, Arizona. The clothing catalogs would usually feature very attactive men in skimpy swimsuits or revealing clothing in settings around Arizona. The line became more linked to out gay magazines in the 1970's and 1980's, despite the fact that the owner disavowed any relationship to the community. Parachek died in June 1980 and by the 1990's it became Nu-Parr swimwear which is still open today.
