Popular gay bathhouse in Los Angeles during the 1970's that closed in May 1985. Owned by gay business man Sheldon (Shelly) Anderson who who owned many apartment buildings in West Hollywood in addition to being a founder of the Gay and Lesbian Community Service Center and started the first gay bank in the country, The Bank of Los Angeles. He was on the Board of Regents from 1982-1987 when he died of AIDS complications.
