Lois Van Leer, Merry & Harry Demarest, Annabelle Jaramillo, Jean Smith, and Tom & Kipp. OCA's Ballot Measure 8 passed (later ruled unconstitutional, but followed by measures 9, 13, 19 and 02-06) giving rise to "After 8" which organized, including The Harvey Milk Award Event.]]
