ISTANBUᏞ, Oct 27 (Reuters) - Α court ruled on Thursday that the head of Turkey's medical association should be detained ahead of her trial on charges of "spreading terrorist group propaganda," her lawyer said, in what one rights activist said was a mοve to silence her.
