The Duke of York's Laws: September 25, 1676

Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Duke of York's Laws, including a capital sodomy provision (see 1665), were by an executive order of Governor Edmund Andros made operative in the area later to become Pennsylvania.[1]
This law was next revised in 1682.
