Start with an < sign, add the word nowiki, and close with an > sign, to create a <nowiki> tag.
The nowiki tag ignores Wiki markup. It reformats text by removing newlines and multiple spaces. It still interprets special characters like: → and like &
End text with a end nowiki tag like this: </nowiki>
